Lifting With The Barbell
Strength Foundations courses are designed to help athletes of all levels build technique, confidence, and ability, while training with the barbell.
Learn the basics of barbell lifting with our beginner-friendly courses, offered at a sliding scale, in 6- to 8-week increments.
LEVEL 1: These classes are perfect for people brand new to the gym, lifters who have taken some time off and need a refresher, or anyone looking to build a strong base of strength from which they can grow.
LEVEL 2: Designed for lifters who already have working knowledge of the squat/bench/deadlift, who want to increase their overall strength and conditioning in a fun, group setting. A great “next step” for those who have taken level 1 or already feel they know the basics of barbell training.
All memberships and classes at Strength For All are offered at a sliding scale, to ensure access to strength training, regardless of the athlete’s financial circumstances. To learn how to choose your tier, go here, then come back and pay for your block.
