AllStrength Advanced

AllStrength Advanced

WHAT: High intensity classes that focus on functional fitness training, through movements and modalities associated with weightlifting, rowing, gymnastics, and endurance. These total-body group workouts are constantly varied, and are designed to build strength, increase mobility and flexibility, and improve overall athletic performance.

WHO: Must be an AllStrength member at Strength For All. For details, contact CoachLady@StrengthForAllNYC.com

COST: 3 classes per week + open gym membership: $150 per month. Unlimited classes + open gym membership: $180

AllStrength All Levels

AllStrength All Levels

WHAT: These AllStrength classes will spend more time focusing on technique and drilling quality form for reps. Conditioning movements and modalities will have a teaching component in addition to properly building up to moving fast and well, but at the beginner athlete’s individual capacity, while still keeping the group format in mind. Tuesdays classes are bodyweight only, making them extremely accessible to the public, and the new athlete!

WHO: Beginners to Advanced. Open to the public, walk-ins welcome.

COST: Donation-based classes Monday 7:00am, Tuesday 6:00am + 7:00am, Friday 7:00am. All other times standard $15 drop-in rate, included in AllStrength membership package

AllStrength Level 3

AllStrength Level 3

WHAT: AllStrength Level 3 was created for graduates of Strength For All’s Strength Foundations Levels 1 and 2, who are looking to continue working out in a fun, group setting, while learning additional skills that translate directly to AllStrength Advanced classes, such as, weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing, and other total body exercises, which improve mobility, flexibility, and overall athletic performance.

WHO: Graduates of Strength For All’s Strength Foundations Levels 1 and 2. Go here to learn more about Strength Foundations 1 + 2.

COST: Sliding scale packages available in 8-week increments for $10-$15 a class. Drop-ins welcome at standard $15 drop-in rate.

WHAT: Weightlifting class focused on technique and quality movement. Mondays focus on snatches, Wednesdays focus on clean and jerks.

WHO: Beginners to Advanced. Open to the public, walk-ins welcome.

COST: $10 for members, $15 for non members

WHAT: Fun group exercise classes that pair athletes together for partner workouts. Bring a friend, or come solo to be paired with a new one!
