Orientation for gym newbies! Coaches Lady Velez or Halston Bruce will take you through some barbell movements and a few accessories.
Free for members.
$15 p/session for non members. (If you pay for the orientation and decide to join the gym after, we’ll deduct it from the cost of your monthly membership.)
Orientations are offered three times per week:
Sundays @ 1:30pm
Mondays @ 9am
Wednesdays @ 5pm
