Learn to Lift was born from Women’s Strength Coalition’s mission to increase access to strength training. The goal of Learn to Lift is to teach a bimonthly powerlifting class on form, techniques, and benefits to communities that don’t have access to strength training. Our mission for \Learn to Lift is to provide a welcoming and safe space for you to start or continue your strength training journey.

Free for members, and $5 for everyone else!
